Western Shamanic Sessions

Sessions may help explore unresolved trauma, grief, feelings of disconnection or unexplained imbalance, supporting resilience, personal growth and a deeper connection with yourself. Traditional tools such as the shamanic drum, rattles, crystals, feathers, bells and sacred smoke may be used to help create a focused, grounded and sacred healing space.

Please note: Shamanic healing is a complementary spiritual practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical or psychological care. It is designed to work alongside conventional healthcare where appropriate.

Preparing for your session

To help you get the most from your session, it is traditionally recommended that you avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for 3–4 days beforehand. Eating a clean, nourishing diet of wholefoods, vegetables, fruit and other nutrient-dense foods may help you feel more grounded, present and receptive. Many people also choose to reduce caffeine and spend time in nature before their session.

Consultations

Sessions are available via phone, Telehealth, video call or distance healing. As each session requires personal preparation, journeying and dedicated time before your appointment, bookings must be made at least one week in advance and full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations with 4 or more days' notice receive a 100% refund, 3 days' notice a 50% refund, and 2 days' notice or less (or a no-show) are non-refundable. See the Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
