Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
When you book an appointment with Pennys Holistic Healing, that time is reserved especially for you. For mobile treatments, this also includes travel time to and from your location, while naturopathic and shamanic appointments require preparation before your consultation.
I understand that sometimes circumstances change. The more notice you give me, the greater the opportunity for someone else to take advantage of the available appointment. For this reason, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
This one policy applies to all appointments and modalities — massage, naturopathy, red light therapy, chakra crystal light bed therapy and western shamanic healing.
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations
- 4 or more days' notice: 100% refund.
- 3 days' notice: 50% refund.
- 2 days' notice or less: No refund.
- No-show: No refund.
Rescheduling
- Payment may be transferred once only when rescheduling.
If you are eligible for a refund, please contact Pennys Holistic Healing directly to arrange the refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Practitioner-only prescriptions
Naturopathy clients can order their prescribed practitioner-only supplements through my dispensary. After your consultation you'll receive a personalised prescription link, with products delivered directly to your door.

I'm a qualified and accredited complementary health practitioner and a member of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS), so you can claim rebates with all major health funds on eligible treatments.
